Hello Dr., recently thru Google came to know about various kinds of grihtas like triphala grihta, Brahmi grihta...and so on... What I can understand is they are  medicated ghees.. Can we use such ghees for cooking ? Thanks...

Hello Doctor, me (37 yrs male) & my daughters (4 yrs & 2 yrs) frequently catch cold. Symptoms are sneeze, runny nose & occassional cough. I'm hesitant to take regularl alopathy medicine Laveta M, it makes us sleepy. Is there any ayurvedic syrup which we can take regularly during this winter season? Please mention the dosage for all three of us.

Hi, I am 42 years old and recently went through Endoscopy. I have some gas issues. Report has been attached. I am not in any medicine. Most of the time I prefer veg food with less oil, masala and spice. I do walk daily 14/15 km. It's been 2 years I have quite alcohol and smoke 1/2 cigarette daily. I am mix of vata caufa and pitta but more inclined to vata dosha. In my diet morning -5-6 soaked almonds,2 banana,3 biscuits After 1-2 hrs - fruit Lunch - rice, dal and sabji Evening-3 biscuits Night - dal rice sabji. Daily 3/4 lts lukewarm water . I don't have any other issues in my body or into any medicine. Please suggest me medicine for my issue as per the report. Thanks in advance.

I am having pain in stomach, seems every where when pressed. Acidity and bloating everytime. I have been taking laxative for last many years now if I don't take them then I don't have bowel movements. And taking these laxative don't helps me much now a days.
