There is pain while passing stool, there is no blood, only pain Its on initial stage feeling pain from last 20 days

I have lower back disc bulge problem. I came to know about Gond Siya alot ans that it's good for this problem. Is it really that good? If yes, what dosage should I take and for how long.

I am 20 year old man and have lower back disc problem and am obese. Current weight 120kg. Is there anything I can take which can contribute both to weight loss and my back problem?

Sir /mam I visited an ayurvedic piles doctor, he said i have hypertrophied papillae in ano , so he gave me medicine and suggested to go for kshar karma to remove it but i don't wanna go for it so can u please tell me if it can heal by itself with medicines without going for ksharsutra or laser or any such procedure 🙏

I'm 21 year old. I have irregular period since 2020 bcoz of testosterone injection I have treatment of allopathy but no result. I have done 6 months ayurveda treatment now my cycle is more than 40 days. Bcoz of high proclatine I had breast pain but now prolatin level is normal. I have constipation anus pain also. Some time white discharge and dry skin. I don't have PCod bcoz my sonography report is normal. Pls suggest me ayurvedic treatment Pls help me to treat my self🙏.
