Triphala after d n c
I had missed miscarriage. Due to that I had d and c done 1 week ago. Previously I have the habit of taking triphala daily. After d and c , is it safe to take triphala daily as before ?

First you should take dashmoolarishta 20 ml twice in 20 ml water after meals and shatavari kalp one tea spoon full in milk for one month so that uterus can be restrengthened .after that you can start or you can take at bed time if constipated

It can be taken. You can go for a proper pre conception care for a healthy pregnancy next when you are planning for pregnancy. Your partner can also go for it since both egg quality and sperm quality is important for a healthy pregnancy.
