Medicines after miscarriage D&E
I had a D&E procedure 12 days back since my feotus heartbeat stopped at 9th week. I have two intramural fibroids and pcod. I would like to know which ayurvedic medicines are good for my current health and future pregnancy. Ashokarishtam, Dashamoolajeerakarishtam or any other? Kindly suggest.

Kumari asava 2 tsf twice a day from 5 the day of period.avoid during the bleeding days of period. Asokarista 2 tsf twice a day ,all the days of the month. Continue for three cycles ,stop for ,15/20 days and start again for a new cycle.
