Hello doctor. I got my d and c done on january 28th due to missed miscarriage . I got my first period on march 9th and the flow was normal. Second period on april 4th flow was very light . Now I am on third period the flow was light. I have gained weight from 63kg to 67kg. Is weight causing light bleeding ? I am taking shatavari and triphala everyday from one month. Will my periods get back to normal? No pcos and thyroid.
