Hi , I was diagnosed with varicocele last year it is only 1 grade with minimum size . I do not have any problem but my mind is furious I may be have some complexity . I am not able to relax it . To relax my mind I started taking roasted garlic since 1 week which helped me a lot but I think from yesterday or day before yesterday it is upsetting my stomach . I want to know any home remedy which I can take and Is easily digestible to the stomach also make my mind relax. My main concern is only mind thats all nothing else I have.
