Suffering from male pattern baldness. Because of hereditary. Is there any alternative for minoxidil in Ayurveda. If so just tell name of that herb.

Is the combination of apple guava and banana together ok to eat as breakfast? Before this I have 25grams of whey isolate supplement mixed with water. And around 20-25 mins later these fruits. Is it right to have this combination or it can become harmful for the body in the long run?
