Hi, I have an eight months old baby boy. For the past 2 weeks my milk supply is very low. It is not sufficient for my baby and he is crying during feeding as he is not full. I've been having 'Prasava nadakaya legiyam' since the baby birth. Please suggest anything other than garlic, methi as it is not much helping. Note: I have started giving solid foods for him after 6 months.

Post covid i was diagnosed with high bp, i am taking telma 40 now but would like to explore ayurvedic medicine. Being new to ayurveda, i had a few basic concerns : 1- can we take alongside with telma 40 ? 2- is it some medicine which is given or some specific foods to eat ? 3- how long does it take for the medicine to show results generally ?

I get cystic pimples and acnes frequently. I have noticed that whenever I eat pomegranate I don't get pimples and when I stop eating it I get it again. Please suggest me some best seasonal fruits like pomegranate to help me with pimples. Also can I take manjistha for blood detox??

Hello sir I am 24 year's old,I am suffering from anus itching and irritation from last 8 months.8 months back at night suddenly itching started in my anus area,in few days itchiness increased,so I kept itching that area then lot of irritation also started.after that I noticed it was worms  by clicking picture on that area.After taking medicines,I got some relief. Nowadays itchiness is  less but lot of irritation is still there and I also feel ticklishness in toilet time.Irritation also increases before toile time. Whenever irritation started I use 'MOMETASONE CREAM' and getting lot of relief for 2 days.After 2 days same thing started again and again.In 8 months I have seen lot of allopathic and homeopathic doctors.But problem is still there.I have already taken medicines like -1. Pyrantel Pamoate(4 weeks),2.Ebast20(10 days,also taken lot of these types of medicines during 8 months),3.Lactulose10 gm.4. MOMETASONE Cream .(After taking these medicines got some relief but still not cured.)
