I have anxiety disorder and I am taking one tablet of Manasmitra Vatkam as well as bhrami ghritam at bed time. How long will it take to show results.

Hello I was prescribed nasya with kshirabala 101 and I did it in morning as it was sunny. But after doing it I have cold like symptoms. Head feel heavy and had sneezing and runny nose. I did it with 3-4 drops per nose. I am having cold like symptoms now. Please help!

Whenever I was my hair and head with cold water or with hot water as well I get headache. Steam doesn't help me much. It doesn't get cure after 3 days also. At last I have to take painkiller for that. I get headache at the left side. My left eye also pains and left side nose gets blocked. Please suggest me some helpful remedies. I take head bath twice in a week.

Is there a cure for Phimosys in Aayurveda? If it's not treated, can it cause any degradation of functioning? Thought it will get better automatically. However, now understood it doesn't.
