Baby weight gain and sleep

My 11 weeks old baby is a poor napper. She takes adequate breast milk but won't sleep more than 30 minutes in a stretch during daytime. She is gaining weight consistently however not so much. Her birth weight was 3kgs and now she is 5kgs. Is there any medicines to help her to get good sleep and gain more weight. Please help
