Can the body restore its ability to produce tears? Can dry eye syndrome be reversed by taking care of the body,following a plant based diet and doing yoga everyday? If yes how long will it take to see the effects.

I had c- section delivery one month back. After that i m feeling very weak and have upper back pain. I am breastfeeding my baby. I wanted to know that can i have "Dashmoolarist"  or any other syrup for gaining strength and will these kind of medicine affect breastmilk?

Hi , I have one Question I am physically active. I exercise 5 times a day, I do pranayama daily, I eat clean and good diet consisting of fruits, vegetables. I eat Chawanprash daily, turmeric milk every night. I don't eat out much , I don't take cold water. Despite of all this, I still get cold and cough problems every 2 months. What's the reason??
