I am taking rajahpravartini vati, kanchnar guggul and ashokaristha after doctor consultation to regulate my period as I have PCOS problem. But after taking those medicines I am having black stool everyday... Is it normal with such medicines?or I need to do anything?

Upper back pain on left side started one day after doing a lot of work with left hand. I tried some massage with oil and heat treatment. The pain reduced a little. But it is not going away. Some days it increases when I have a lot of work to do. It is like this for more than a month now. Is there any treatment in ayurveda.

Hello I was prescribed nasya with kshirabala 101 and I did it in morning as it was sunny. But after doing it I have cold like symptoms. Head feel heavy and had sneezing and runny nose. I did it with 3-4 drops per nose. I am having cold like symptoms now. Please help!
