I'm suffering from cough and throat pain.can I take swasari vati. If yes then how to take this medicine?

I have ulcer and gerd .. iam always feeling dizziness... and breathing difficulty... i go for heart checkup.. ecg , echo , amd stress test is negative.. but i don't know why iam feeling dizziness.. head spinning... Can ulcer cause pitham ... Then how to find pitham and how to reduce

Post covid i was diagnosed with high bp, i am taking telma 40 now but would like to explore ayurvedic medicine. Being new to ayurveda, i had a few basic concerns : 1- can we take alongside with telma 40 ? 2- is it some medicine which is given or some specific foods to eat ? 3- how long does it take for the medicine to show results generally ?

I get cystic pimples and acnes frequently. I have noticed that whenever I eat pomegranate I don't get pimples and when I stop eating it I get it again. Please suggest me some best seasonal fruits like pomegranate to help me with pimples. Also can I take manjistha for blood detox??

Hello sir I am 24 year's old,I am suffering from anus itching and irritation from last 8 months.8 months back at night suddenly itching started in my anus area,in few days itchiness increased,so I kept itching that area then lot of irritation also started.after that I noticed it was worms  by clicking picture on that area.After taking medicines,I got some relief. Nowadays itchiness is  less but lot of irritation is still there and I also feel ticklishness in toilet time.Irritation also increases before toile time. Whenever irritation started I use 'MOMETASONE CREAM' and getting lot of relief for 2 days.After 2 days same thing started again and again.In 8 months I have seen lot of allopathic and homeopathic doctors.But problem is still there.I have already taken medicines like -1. Pyrantel Pamoate(4 weeks),2.Ebast20(10 days,also taken lot of these types of medicines during 8 months),3.Lactulose10 gm.4. MOMETASONE Cream .(After taking these medicines got some relief but still not cured.)

Can the body restore its ability to produce tears? Can dry eye syndrome be reversed by taking care of the body,following a plant based diet and doing yoga everyday? If yes how long will it take to see the effects.

I had c- section delivery one month back. After that i m feeling very weak and have upper back pain. I am breastfeeding my baby. I wanted to know that can i have "Dashmoolarist"  or any other syrup for gaining strength and will these kind of medicine affect breastmilk?

Diagnosed as ibs-c by gastroentrologist. Taking abhyasava and isabgol suggested by ayurvedic physician since last two weeks.  Any other ayurvedic medicine for feeling of bloating.
