I am Muscle Dystrophy patient I was taking ayurvedic medicine including oil etc etc which helped me ..vaat dosh Is it helpful to take Panchkarma therapy ?

Does Ayurveda medicine in the beginning increase the existing symptoms before actually starting to work

For post covid headache, one of the local ayurvedic doctor prescribed mahavatavidhwansa ras, shirashoola vajra ras. After taking this medicine for 2.5 weeks, my heart rate was high, and high bp. Heart palpitations after eating, anxiety and fear. Symptoms kind of settling now, but how long will it take to completely come out of these side effects? Do I need to take any medicines? My ecg, 2d echo and tmt came normal.

I have been using medicines for pcod. The prescription is attached. I had spotting 7 days ago but did not get period. Since 3 days I have been feeling very weak and yesterday night I had vomitings and motions with stomach pain. I am having Creamy white discharge. What can I do?

I'm experiencing frequent acidity issues . I vomit sometimes. Not feeling like eating anything. I could not sleep last night feeling like fumes coming out of my body. Chest and throat feels like stuck . Feels irritable and lack of interest in any. I'm habituated to drink coffee but sometimes after drinking it in morning I vomit . I am not knowing what to eat and not feeling hungry too. I eat spicy food more in general , acidity is messing me really bad .

1 round ivf and 3 iui failed. going for frozen embryo transfer after 3 months. Plz suggest some ayurvedic herbs to prepare womb for conception. There is a 15 mm cyst on one ovary..past history of pcos n endometriosis which was cleared with laproscopy before IVF.periods are very regular 28 days cycle.
