My stomach is bloated all the time, it feels as if it is filled with something.............plz help!

I have the problem of acid reflux since long. I am feeling burning throughout my food canal and throat. I want ayurvedic treatment.

I had moderate high BP ( 140/90-95).. although I have controlled it by changing life style.. still some one suggested to take Arjuna bark.. Sir , may I know can I take it.. how long.. and how?.

I started basti panchakarma just before 7 days..completed it last night. Now my periods started on 12th oct..and for 5-6 days there was only spotting..and after that medium to low flow Today is 1st nov and my periods havent stopped yet..still have little bit flow! Has basti treatment caused this prolonged periods?

This question is addition to my previous question..with doctor prescription I m taking ashokaristha, rajahpravartini vati ,triphala choorn & kanchnar guggul for my PCOS... wl those medicines cause gas issues ? Also wl it reduce my weight?

I am suffering from narcolepsy( sleep disorder disease)it is also a ADHD Disease.due to this, iam getting severe memory problems which leads to face difficulty in daily activities.presently my doctor suggest kalpa tarangini for this condition. I want to know that is there any other medications in ayurvedic for treating ADHD memory problems? Note: narcolepsy disease is called tandra in ayurveda.

My sister she's 21 years old and 39kg got diagnosed with tb. Is there treatment in ayurveda for the tb?
