Yes we have. Take steam twice/thrice daily. Take tea of ginger, tulsi, black pepper and dalchini. You can eat chyawanprash also

*Causes of rhinitis* 1) Forcefully stopping of urine stool etc 13 vegas of body. 2) Frequent indigestion leads to rhinitis 3) Overexposure to smoke, pollen grains and other irritant particles. 4) Too much talking habit 5) Sudden changes in environmental rain in summer or winter season etc 6) Headache problem may converts into rhinitis. 7) Regular anger in mind 8) Regular night outs jagaran leads to rhinitis due to decrease in immunity daily. 9) Too much sleeping habits or day time sleeping habits after eating of food. 10) Cold water, cold air intake regularly leads to rhinitis. 11) Too much sexual activity may leads to rhinitis. 12) Exposure to fog developes rhinitis. *Future diseases from rhinitis* 1) Deafness 2) Bad impact on vision or on eyes 3) Swelling 4) Decrease in hunger appetite. 5) Cough which is not easily treatable. *Dushta Pratishay* If rhinitis is not treated with correct way and affecting person takes wrong diet then simple rhinitis converts into dushta Pratishay with following signs symptoms. 1) Blocking of nostril one or both 2) Pain in nose like injury pain 3) Running nose with watery fluid. 4) Decrease in smelling work of nose 5) Foul smelling from mouth 6) Development of recurrent rhinitis. These are signs symptoms in dushta Pratishay If dushta Pratishay remains untreated then it developes upadrava 1) Sneezing , dryness in nose with most of time 2) Blocking of nose 3) Running nose regularly 4) Foul smelling from nose 5) Burning sensation in nose 6) Swelling in nose 7) Developement of granthi (गांठ) in nose 8) Pus formation in nose 9) Bleeding from nose 10) Developement of pimples or funsi in nose. 11) Developement of other ENT diseases of head, ear, eyes, mouth, teeth etc 12) Hairfall, Changes in hair colour 13) Frequently thirst, Breathlessness, coughing, fever developes frequently as upadrava. 14) Raktapitta bleeding from any openings in body 15) Sapta dhatu kshaya occurs due to upadrava. When body is not capable of treating rhinitis by it's own by swabhavparamwad then body needs remedies and diet lifestyle correction to improve immunity. Dushta Pratishay needs treatment and diet correction it takes time for full improvement. Upadrava diseases are not that easy for treatment. Sometimes remains whole life in body Early efforts by ayurvediy remedies diet lifestyle correction according your own prakruti sarta is best way to deal with rhinitis, dushta Pratishay and upadrava diseases.
