Hi dr. How long can I take lactare tablet and galact..wen I take those milk secretion is good, wen I stop it's insufficient !

My prikriti vata.I have bloating at bed time. plain sootsekhar ras not help swarn sootsekhar help but when i take this my 50% motion come. Then agai acidity at bed time i have taken avipattikar churn, mahasankh vati,amlapittantak tab,chitrakadi vati, kumaryasav not suit. Now i am taking aciloc 150mg at bed time then 50% motion then rabesec dsr in morning again aciloc 150 mg 50%motion come then pan d. I am taking these medicine since lastv2 months now I want to switch over to Ayurveda but in pitta medicine like avipattikar not relief and vata medicine like hingwastak churn increase blood pitta. Start hair fall. I went Ayurveda hospital these above medicine not relief.

Hi doctors, Last month my date was 10th October. This month till now no periods . I have slight symptoms like cramps and white discharge but no periods and bloated. What can I do to induce periods immediately? I don't want to have any pill. I daily exercise walk and run 10-12000 steps and am overweight. I am travelling on 24th want periods early if possible.Can something help in ayurveda? Can any supplement help me? I have hight testosterone androgen and insulin.I take spearmint tea daily with diet change. I am 28 and unmarried.

In the last week of October, my son (5yrs 10months  20kg) had stomach infection and have taken course of antibiotics by consulting pedia gastro. From this week I had started giving ashtachurnam one pinch with ghee daily before lunch. Can I know the dosage of ashtachurnam to give to my kid, as preventive medicine.

I started basti panchakarma just before 7 days..completed it last night. Now my periods started on 12th oct..and for 5-6 days there was only spotting..and after that medium to low flow Today is 1st nov and my periods havent stopped yet..still have little bit flow! Has basti treatment caused this prolonged periods?
