There is swelling on left groin area, it gets disappeared when I lay down and it appears when I stand and it hangs with scrotal, kindly advise me any medicine to reduce it and to make pelvis floor strong.

I was suffering from gastric problem since 2017 now it's become worse. I will eat or not I keep farting because of my gastric problem. Whatever I eat, it will produce gas in my stomach. Suggest me any ayurvedic medicine or way to solve this problem.
