Doctor, I use too much time on screen, I am using Patanjali dhristi on regular basis... I don't have eye problems as such. Should I keep on using dhristi or switch too Patanjali Soumya? .. Does Patanjali dhristi have any side effect if I use it daily?

I have slight chest pain(1month,) on both side and flank pain and now abdominal pain on both side from 5-6 days .
