Is the combination of apple guava and banana together ok to eat as breakfast? Before this I have 25grams of whey isolate supplement mixed with water. And around 20-25 mins later these fruits. Is it right to have this combination or it can become harmful for the body in the long run?

Good day,I am suffering from psoarasis on right index finger.About a year back i had consulted a ayurvedic practictioner and he had given be siva herbal drops for 3 months.That time it got cured.Now it has again started.i wanted to know wether i can start taking it again for 3 months? i am taking 10 drops in morning with honey empty stomach.Is it the right way of taking it?
