My shoulder joint and elbow joint pains occassionally around 1 to 2 times a week it generally occurs after a heavy workout at the sometimes  i feel like my shoulder joints are touching each other as if there is low cartilage in my joints. I don't want to treat it in allopathy is there any provision in ayurveda?My body weight is 80 kilos and I do weight training 6 days a week for 2 hours

Doc I have diagonsed as esophagatis, gastritis erosion. Taking  so many ppi from last 5/6months straight 7weeks then on off. Still little burnid, pain at stomch, gas,acid reflux all are there. Just tried off with symtoms. Currently taking yasthimadhu tablet from last one month. Can erosive Gastritis and esophagatis curable with ayurvedic treatment. Did homeopathy bt they fail to give relief I'm attaching my endoscopy report.

Dr I am suffering from piles and Lower stomach ache kind of fullness in Lower stomach. I have constipation prob for that I am taking isabgol and it's not working completely... I have a mild pain n burning sensation also... And I am taking ayurvedic medication like arshakalpa vati and some syrup for digestion.. I don't have any prob of digestion... I am taking patanjali arjuna qwath. But it is bad in test, made my stomach hot and feels uneasyness.. For 2-3 hours...any thing can i add with this so i take it comfortably.
