Hi , I have one Question
I am physically active. I exercise 5 times a day, I do pranayama daily, I eat clean and good diet consisting of fruits, vegetables. I eat Chawanprash daily, turmeric milk every night. I don't eat out much , I don't take cold water.
Despite of all this, I still get cold and cough problems every 2 months. What's the reason??
Where I am wrong? What can I do further. Please tell
