Cold and cough problems
Hi , I have one Question I am physically active. I exercise 5 times a day, I do pranayama daily, I eat clean and good diet consisting of fruits, vegetables. I eat Chawanprash daily, turmeric milk every night. I don't eat out much , I don't take cold water. Despite of all this, I still get cold and cough problems every 2 months. What's the reason?? Where I am wrong? What can I do further. Please tell

It can be quiet possible.  If you have the habbit of shower,  or washing up or drinking a lot of water before sleeping.

Do not washup or drink water just before sleeping that will aggrivate your kapaha which will eventually cause cold and cough.  Excessive exercise is not recommended.  do not wash your hair or face with hot water.  you can use hot water below shoulders.

take steam daily with tulsi n ajwain. Take kadha now a days of tulsi,ginger, black pepper and dalchini. Avoid fast food,ice cream, rice ,curd ,banana and oily food. hi, see my dear friend,Many other points are there that might be the reason for your allergy problems. and somtimes it might be due to nasal polyp, or may be due to DNS ,  and What is your job? At what time you take bath daily? Which head oil you are using ? Are you using hair gell! or die?? What type of food habits do u have? !!! there are a lot of things Feel free to contact.. will make you free from allergy.

Can i know your weight? Which company chyavanpraash are you using? What type of exercise are you doing? What is your sleeping habits? Do you work in AC? What time do you eat chyavanprash? What is the dose? How much turmeric do you add to milk? What Is the quantity of the quality food you are taking? Is the area you stay suffering from air pollution? How is your bowel habits? Causes as per Ayurveda and as per the little information you have given 1. Vata prakopa due to excess exercise? Leading to kshaya? Or apanavata vigunya? Leading to it's symptoms aggravating whenever there is stress to body like during change in seasons? Consult so that all mine and your doubts are cleared.
