I was diagnosed by my psychiatrist with Pre menstrual dysphoric disorder and gave me psychotropic medicine to deal with my extreme PMS which are mood swings, anger outburst, weeping spells, lethargy, disturbed sleep cycles, sleeping too much or too little. I don't want to take psychotropic medicines for it . Which ayurvedic medicines can I take for it ?

I am having hair thinning from last 8 year. My hair above forehead is very thin. I had consulted Trichologist who gave Kreatin and Minoxydil. There was not much improvement in thickness even after 2 year. But hairfall reduced. Please suggest Avurvedic oil. Thanks

I am suffering from anxiety, depression and insomnia due to some personal issues. Consulted an Ayurvedic doctor. He prescribed Sresnil tablet (Nagarjuna brand) and Kottakkal Drakshadi kwatham. 2 tablets each in the morning and night. First one after food, second one before food. But it seems Drakshadi kwatham is also used for liver protection, nausea etc (apart from anxiety). But my liver is fine and I don't have any vomiting problem. So is it safe to take this medicine when I don't have these problems? In general is it safe to take multi-purpose medicines like this when I am having only one or two issues?

Is there any solution in Ayurveda on removing kidney stone which is at the urethra blocking the flow of urine a bid? Kindly recommend any medication.

Can i take unjha sutsekhar ras with gold along with allopathic medicine for acidity like nexpro rd 40 ? Usally after wake up i take nexpro medicine. Can i take sutsekhar ras after breakfast ? Both are advised in gap of 3 hours ?
