I feel fatigied ,lazy ,unable to concentrate, foggy brain .my exams r comng pls help ..cough problems in nose .not able to breathe properly. And i have headache near both eyebrows

Is it safe to consume amla powder every day for getting vitamin c regularly. Are there any side effects or any impact on organs like kidneys?

I've been suffering from UTI from quite a long, tried different allopathic gynaecologists but just helped for a short period. I feel the burning sensation while passing urine, discomfort after peeing. I also feel the urge to urinate quite often and can't urinate in small amount. I heard punarnava helps in relieving uti. Is it right? If yes, how can I take the dosage?

I am 26 years old unmarried girl and since 5 days I am suffering from breast pain... My gynecologist prescribed estroplus and I have taken 8 days then I started developing pain thts y I stopped.. It's been 2 days I stopped medicine still I have pain... I feel pain even in sleeping also like if I sleep side then it hurts.. No lumps nothing.. No swelling... Physical examination is also done by Dr and suggested me to take calpol 650 tab but pain is not going... If I apply heat I feel better... Please suggest me why this is happening and remedies also.. I am bit worried bcz of this pain..

I have an endometriosis cyst measuring about 4 cm in my right ovary and possibly due to this cyst I am not able to concieve even after 2.5 years of wedding. Doctors are suggesting to go for a surgery as the last option to get rid of this cyst. But It may occur again later on. So I need your opinion..is there any other treatment for this? I have already taken allopathic medicines for about 4-5 months...a little improvement is seen only..all other tests are ok like...Roma, PCR,thyroid,Amh etc..only CA -125 value is 51.

I have loss of apetite and high weight loss i took ayurvedic treatment for 1month did not find any result i took liv 52ds 1 tab in morning agnitundi vati 1tab three times a day before food and arogyavardhini vati 1tab three times a day i am very much tensed please give me a solution.
