I have been suffering with constipation since 2015, i am adjusting my life style , food intake and other things to cope with it. Whenever I need to travel out of the home it becomes the first thought of me to think of. I visited Tharanath Ayurvedic Hospital Bellary Karnataka in 2018 . They suggested me some medicines at that time which didn't become of efficient use. After that I consulted general physician who prescribed a syrup to control it. But it too didn't do much help for me. So I need an efficient and permanent solution for this constipation.

I am looking for panchakarma for autistic child. How effective it is. I have done it once with very minimal improvement. Please guide me to take best treatment for my so gastric issues and brain development. Regards

Sir I have hair fall problem I visited near one person who provides like natuu mandhu,he  told I have prepared oil with three different trees ,I have used it for 10days continously with out washing my head I have applied daily, ... this all happened 1month back now iam facing severe dandruff and full itching ...now I want now what was his formula he applied to make that oil what was those three types off trees...I want to now he given safe oil or not now iam having little bit that oil is it possible to test that oil in lab sir ? ...will be any severe side effects sir...in feature,

I have tried allopathic drops and medication but nothing worked.I got affected badly by a fly 1.5 years back and my eyes watered a lot after which I got dry eyes.I have done all my tests including thyroid and arthritis but the reports were negative.I don't get tears when I cry ,my eyes produce very less tears.I am taking ayurvedic medicine and started yoga a week ago with a proper diet can my chronic dry eye problems be solved and can my tears restore? Please help me as I see a lot of negative comments on the internet which demotivate me.I do not have any genetic issue or medical history but chronic dry eyes.Can my eyes restore water and can I get tears again?

Using Himalaya diarox 2 tab twice daily from last 4 days..but still getting loose motions with irritation.Kindly advise some other medicine with this.

Why do people take a rice grain sized chuna mixed with curd? Can it be taken by anyone? For how long and what purpose does it serve? How frequently can a person do oil pulling and who can do it and which oil to use?

Doctor, I use too much time on screen, I am using Patanjali dhristi on regular basis... I don't have eye problems as such. Should I keep on using dhristi or switch too Patanjali Soumya? .. Does Patanjali dhristi have any side effect if I use it daily?
