My mother is suffering with osteo arthritis, , cervical pain, rheumatoid and back pain for the last 20 years. She has done many homeopathic ayuvedic treatments including physiotherapy. She is wheel chair bound. She had off late recommended Gond Siyah (Kala Gond) by a doctor to be taken 0.5 gram daily in the morning after breakfast and night after dinner with lukewarm water. She is taking Gond Siyah (Kala Gond) as prescribed since 20th August this year and will nr completing 1.25 months. She is also patient of dyspepsia, constipation, heart attack about year back and eosinophilia. She has for the past 15 days feeling dizziness and lack of strength especially in the morning. Although she has bit of relief in pain. My question is what are the minor side effects of Gond Siyah (Kala Gond) that she might face that may not be serious do that we should be ready for it. Second. If dizziness and lack of strenghth due to the intake or effect of Gond Siyah.

So last month, i had some stomach pain and nausea type feeling. I contacted doctor he asked me to get a usg and lft done. Lft is all normal but the usg showed 2.9mm echogenic focus suggestive of tony polyp. I have posted numerous posts in alopathy section, they're saying the only way is wait and watch and do regular ultrasound every 6 months. I want to know if there's any treatment in ayurveda which will cure this and reduce the polyp totally. I am always getting anxious about cancer and I don't feel well recently thinking about this :(. Is Udwartana treatment really effective for weight loss? Should it be taken as part of panchakarma or can it be taken separately as well? Please advise.
