My mothet has a constipation problem ever since she had an heart attack 1.5 years back. She tried many treatments allopathic homeopathic and ayurvedic like pilex, zandu nityam, Triphala with no or negligible result. She recently on the advice of a doctor started taking 3 to 4 spoons of milk and 3 to 4 drops of almond oil in it daily before sleep in night. Yes the results  were remarkable. Daily morning clear motion. She took it for 6 consecutive days. My question is this safe for prolonged use? Are there any side effects of it.?will it adverse effect  any. Second will this treatment work with permanent cure and long term cure

Hello Doctor, Can you please tell me the usage of atmagupta i.e Mucuna pruriens in Ayurveda medicine?? I suffer from restless legs Syndrome, can this be effective in treating that? Thanks

No constipation,No pain, No bleeding, No itching but during bowl movement one maas is coming outside and after bowl shrink. During sitting and drive the bike feel discomfort it happened from past one year consumed homeopathic medicine but no relief.

Hello, I have an aggravated Pitta, can I still take ashvagandha for overall health in moderation? (Twice a week or so). Would having methi water and sabja seeds counter the heating effect of the herb while retaining it's goodness? Please advise.

My shoulder joint and elbow joint pains occassionally around 1 to 2 times a week it generally occurs after a heavy workout at the sometimes  i feel like my shoulder joints are touching each other as if there is low cartilage in my joints.
