Increasing height after 25 age is difficult. Doing regular exercise, parvatasana like asanas may help in slight variation. Calcium rich food, adequate Vit. D will reduce the bone degeneration, preventing further depletion. Thus maintaining present height

No not at all there is no methodology nor any medicine to increase height.in persons above 25. Either try for slimming .Do some exercises swimming play sports to become slim and look tall.
