I have anxiety. I started Patanjali Ashwagandha Capsule from yesterday. How long it does take to act? I didn't want to take allopathic medicine. Hence, I started this Ashwagandha by seeing its a lot of benefits.

No constipation,No pain, No bleeding, No itching but during bowl movement one maas is coming outside and after bowl shrink. During sitting and drive the bike feel discomfort it happened from past one year consumed homeopathic medicine but no relief.
