Hello I am facing extreme dandruff and unhealthy scalp with bald patches ? Kindly suggest something I am in hopeless situation now :(

I have multiple gallstones size 7.7 mm.. I don't want to be operated for this as I also have severe sleep apnea so it can be risky.. Can ayurveda dissolve gallstones without any risk? And also remove the pain? I eat oil free diet already.. Please tell me honestly if this is possible.. Have you seen cases where gallstones are dissolved? It is matter of my life.. Please reply 🙏

Can we apply oil on hair the day  we apply oil on body for massage before bath according to Ayurveda?

I had had migrain pain 10 years back. I had a treatment also, whenever i have headache I take a tablet. but now since few days I am suffering from acute headache its very painful, its like migrain.

Doc I have severe gastritis and gerd problem with burping, bleaching, bloating , gas little burning and on strict diet and lifestyle  . I have low iron serum level 33( range 50-170) and hemoglobin 11.5. I can't take any iron pill (livogen) it increase my Gastritis symtomps. Can I take Amyron syrup for low hemoglobin. I'm breast feeding mom. Plz help me doc

I have androgenetic alopecia. I have been using minoxidil and it's showing results. However I want to reduce dependency on minoxidil while continuing to use it. Is there any shampoo or oil you would suggest to strengthen roots and increase scalp blood flow and treat androgenetic alopecia.

I was prescribed to take Haridrakhand and Anu taila for my sinus problems (continuous sneezing n frequent running nose) but whenever I take Anu taila as prescribed (2 drops in nostrils) it even more aggravates the problem. I have completed the two months course yet the problem reoccur. Pls advise
