Hello! This is for my father - Is there any treatment for knee osteoarthritis (grade 4 advanced), when cartilage is fully gone, is bone and bone, both legs bent, can't even stand. I would like to know if ayurveda can totally cure it or it will just be pain management treatment? I have heard that ayurveda can help to slow degeneration of the cartilage and that is all available in ayurveda. But in our situation cartilage is already gone. We are not looking for just pain management. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance (X-Ray is attached)
