I'm taking fenugreek powderhalf spoon thrice a day currently and I have seen small change but not a major change. And now I have come across shatavari and ashwagandha powder but not sure how to use them

Hello, i belive I have an aggravated Pitta (reasons: increased sensitivity to heat, weight gain, body odor, keratosis pilaris, unquenchable thirst..) I have made changes in my diet (started fennel jeera coriander tea, mint tea, avoiding oily and spicy foods, khichdi 2-3 times a week, light exercise). Can you suggest medication that I can take along with these to reduce or normalise my high Pitta? Thank you.

I was  diagnosed with gallstone of 7mm Took homeopathic treatment but stone is still there, homoepath said no need for surgery what should i do? will ayurveda help? I don't want to do surgery

Hello, Can you please let me know if having papaya, sesame seeds, turmeric water etc prepone periods ? If periods prepone, then will ovulation in that cycle be affected ? I'm trying to conceive But next month have function to attend and would like to prepone periods by 3-4 days and not more than that. Thanks in advance

My grandmother who is 76 years old had a fall 2 days back that when diagnosed with broken hip ball. Surgery has been recommended by two doctors to replace hip ball.
