I am suffering from stammering from last 3 to 4 years I am unable to know the reason behind it and which doctor should I approach in ayurvedic

Is there any permanent treatment for depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolarity and anger issues in ayurveda? I have been facing the symptoms of all these and many more such as anger issues, fatigue, fear only at nights, compulsive buying, nonstop talking, binge eating, repeating same words and takes again and again. Sleep issues with several times waking up at nights. Extreme negativity and not able to focus and concentrate. Talking to my own self and smiling when alone. Having extreme emotions. Not being able to live in the present. Always thinking about past and worried about future. Not able to commit to anything and postpone things. Always losing hope and willingness to live. Not being able to move on from past relationship and not being able to visualizer a happy future. Feel unhappy inside and always negative. I want a permanent solution to these issues as I have taken treatment thrice with latest being Nexito but I didn't feel very well after a course of 6 month. Remain in bed always

Sir/ madam I usually do a railway job which doesn't have definite timings of duty which makes us to sleep in different timings. Since I am new to this job i don't habituated to this. My 8 year old is complaining of throat burn from a day and he has stomach pain from many days which comes and goes when he eats spicy or when he drinks milk. He has got a small lump on left side on neck like tonsills but slight pain when pressed. Is it related to tonsils or due to GERD as I suffer from gerd from past 8 years. What are home remedies for it and does ayurveda has any cure from root for it. Will bala kalpam syrup help in gerd and septillin for throat.
