I am taking patanjali arjuna qwath. But it is bad in test, made my stomach hot and feels uneasyness.. For 2-3 hours...any thing can i add with this so i take it comfortably.

How long u r taking this is important,Arjun taste is original it cannot b change ,Its manifacture date is also important and for what purpose ur taking.

Quath (decoction) must never be used before food. It can be used only in 10-20 ml dose. Add 1 tablespoon of the powder in 1 glass water 12 hours prior. Boil it until it is 1/8th. Drink lukewarm.
