Is there any treatment in ayurveda for pre mature ejacuation and some erectile disfunction, Im ready for paid consultation. Note problem is not severe. Male specialist is preferred.

I have been taking ashvagandha 250mg every night, it helps me manage my stress level and I sleep well after taking this herb. I also have hypothyroidism and ashvagandha is good for that too. I'm planning to take covid vaccine (covishield) and want to know if it's ok to continue ashvagandha after taking the covid shot? If no how long do I have to wait before start taking this herb again?

I have a larger cysts in my right ovary of about 6.5 cm which doc says could be endometriosis or a chocolate cyst of complex nature. I have been on 21 days contrapective pills to prevent it in increasing size..I am 31 years of day and not married but I am facing immense pain on my 1st 2 days of period. my periods are regular with regular flow. What should be done in this case? Is removal of cysts suggested? Are there in any medications for this?

Hello, My mother had covid 19 in april this year. It took around 20 days for full recovery. After 2 months, now, she is severely experiencing hairfall more than 200,300 hairs regularly. She is much worried with the fear of going bald. She consulted allopathic dermatologist and diagnosed with "Telogen effluvium" and they prescribed minoxidil and biotin vitamins supplements. But, still she has lots of hairfall. Is there any treatment in ayurveda which can stop the hairfall to some extent ? Please advise me, help me. Thank you.

My friend is suffering from dust skin allergy. She is completely reliance upon levoceterizine tablet. Whenever she leave the tablet, skin allergy erupts out. She feels itchy all the time whenever she leave this tablet. She tries to scratch her skin. Allopathy has failed to relieve the disease whether Ayurveda has the answer. I was obliged to get valuable responses to my expression of concerns over limitation of my right hand and right leg ability of late, i.e., from 12.08.2021 morning onwards. And to my utter surprise, I had not even gone through the valuable advice of benevolent Doctors when all of a sudden, when it was lunch hour in my Office, I realized my right part of mouth refused to chew the food taken in, and its ease to participate in agile and volutary movement had become limited. There was pressure on right mouth stretching upto right ear as if mouth is extending to the right side outward. This was followed by limitation in agility of right mouth in speech too and I had to put effort to articulate from right lip- the part of body where limb movement had shown signs already of limitation and difficulty and loss of strength.
