I had covid in April and have had post covid complications for 3-4 months. I have been consuming alot of medicines since 3-4 months. Currently having weakness, dizziness and for the same taking Multivitamins. Since last 2 weeks, I have developed alot of acne type folliculitis on upper body, mostly on forehead. Any ayurvedic treatment for the same?

I face some gastric problems from long time, like acidity, loss of apetite, bitter taste in mouth, etc. Dr diagnose it as IBS, also i have fatty liver and my bilirubin levels remains slightly high and i face some anxiety also, some body suggested me drakshasava and i started taking it, i feel relieved. I want to ask how long should i take it and is their any possible side effects of it. And does it increases blood sugar levels.

I am experiencing less flow during periods for the past 2 months, it usually lasts for 2 days but earlier it used to be 3 to 4 days, can I use Ashokarishta or any other tonic to get a good flow, please suggest as I m really tensed.

I don't have any such specific problem to highlight but since past few years I am feeling a decay in my health as below: Stomach problem Frequent throat infection Skin infections Deficiency of vitamins causing pain in bones and muscles Overall weakness. I am seeking your help from ayurveda specialist to suggest a medicine that I can take for a longer time regularly to cope with above. Note none of the problem is serious but sometimes happens frequently causing disturbance in the body.

Hi, I'm Overweight and have been trying to reduce weight, i have been working out and controlling my diet. Someone also suggested me to take Ashwagandha Leaf juice/extract as it'll help me speed up my weight loss process. Does it really help and is it safe? Also can you suggest any brand for it as it doesn't seem to be commonly available . Thanks

I've chronic liver disease, high liver enzymes. hepatitis a,b,c, ,fatty liver isn't present.A doctor prescribed me Arogyavardhini vati,kumari asav, but after taking kumari asav I'm feeling too much acidity & stomach irritation . Should i skip it or how should i take it?
