Can urticaria/ hives be permanently treated with Ayurveda? Can it be eradicated as it is chronic now?

Taking 10 soaked black raisins empty stomach in the morning , then 1 spoon of flaxseed after lunch and 1 spoon soaked chia seeds in a glass of water before 1 hour of dinner . Does this work ?

Hi, i am having too less blood flow during period  since 1 year..earlier i had 28 to 30 days cycle. But now i have 20 to 23 days cycle but blood flow is very less. In between for 1 or 2 month i had normal flow when periods came after 37 to 38 days after. But again its coming 20 to 23 days and becomes less. My hormonal profile is good. Lh,fsh, prolactin,tsh,t3,t4 is in range.tsh was high 6 months back but now in range. Still blood flow is less.had pcod 4 yrs back. But recent Usg says no pcod. Endometrial lining is 4.7 mm on 6th day after period.recent haemoglobin is 12.8  .Taking these ayurvedic medicines since 24 days. Prescription is  in attachment. Please help .i m not getting why i am facing this issue and  what can i do because its really causing me stress too much.

Grade 2 fatty liver , normal LFT, normal CBP,lipid profile, triglycerides 261. No symptoms. 4 mm gallbladder polyps/ stones. Can I take beetroot juice & olive oil 1 teaspoon before breakfast. I have sensitive stomach can I take this. Are these things olive oil and beetroot hot in nature?
