There is no Green Dot (veg symbol) in ashwagandharishta and saraswatarishta bottle. Is it veg medicine?

For past 8 months I have been suffering from this issue. Nothing works. Initially I just had cold, then it got worse with sneezing and runny nose, then my smell stopped. I experience a bad foul smell in my nose. I have runny nose, blocked nose, LOSS OF SMELL, Bad smell in nose, sneezing. Tried all possible allopathic medicines. No use. They prescribe me steroids, which reduces inflammation for a while then again returns. Kindly help me if anyone can. I want a proper treatment / medication. I am ready to take the medicines dedicatedly for years. But I want a fixed cure. Cannot function with my nose blocked and loss of smell. Please help.

Mother having severe weakness, loss of appetite, heaviness on liver and gastric issues. Her SGPT is 80, Triglycerides- 179, Fasting sugar-118, PP sugar- 157. She is taking- Telsar H, Dexorange, Ambulax M and Punarnavarisht.

I was suffering from mild constipation. Started taking Triphala tablet 2qty at night got relief within 2 days. Is it safe to continue for a while ? Also can I use Ashwagandha powder for strengthening joint for doing gym workout?

Will taking any blood purifier help? Something like mahamanjisthadi kwath or dabur active blood purifier. I am on allopathy medicines but condition is not getting cured
