Please do an abdominal sonography if you have this problem since a long time .
This can be a fungal infection and can be treated with proper medicine .
You have to keep good hygiene also and it is a must

Musalikhadiradi kashayam 10ml bd with 60ml water.
Lucap 1bd.
Chandanasavam + lodhrasavan 30ml bd.
Euginin L 1 in d afternoon.
