White discharge (leucorrhea) without itching or smell may be due to hormonal imbalance, poor digestion, or pH imbalance. Remedies: Shatavari Churna – 1 tsp with warm milk at night. Ashoka Arishta – 20 ml twice daily. Triphala Kashaya – Detoxifies the body. Coriander water – Soak 1 tsp overnight, drink in the morning. Avoid spicy, oily foods & stay hydrated. If persistent, consult a doctor.
