Premature white hair post-pregnancy is often due to Pitta imbalance, stress, and nutritional depletion (Dhatu kshaya). Modern supplements may not address the root cause. Ayurveda uses Rasayana herbs like Bhringraj, Amalaki, Yashtimadhu, and Brahmi along with nasya therapy and diet correction to promote natural pigmentation. Please consult online for a customized treatment plan based on your Prakriti and root cause.
