White hair problem
Is there any tried and tested way to reverse premature grey hair in young age . Can ayurveda reverse it ? I have tried everything allopathic or homeopathic but nothing working ..can the process be reversed .. i think cause is nutritional deficiency or stress . Please suggest me a holistic approach to reverse it with proper planning and guidance

Premature grey hair process can be arrested by Ayurvedic medicine.There is no concrete evidence of reversing the process to black hair as the life span of hair is 2-7 years .pts are usually not ready to continue the medicine such along time.
