Dandruff issue can be resolved from oil but for permanent solution of premature greying, u need internal medication too. Because of either high body heat or maybe some other issue, melanin is not reaching in your hair shaft and hurdle in this is high body heat mainly.

Maintain healthy diet. Wash your hair with dried amla powder. Soak some dry amla in iron bowl and when water turns in to black then wash your hair two time in a week .soak amla for 3,4 days before use. :- main thing is maintain your healthy diet. :- avoid non veg

Or it's right time to get sorted n get align with nature for life long... Your choice make you the person what are you up to... Greying means your getting ripening from core at this age it's can be reversed latter hard to reverse....
