Hello always external applications not work.if u have any internal issues like indigestion problem,hyperacidity,stress factor, menses issue,any other harmonal therapies side effects etc.first that should be find out so that internal and external treatment give u the best and permanently solution for ur problem.ayurveda is the best solution for that.plz contact to clinic for further query.
