Hello, I am suffering from plenty of hairfalls currently. I had covid 19 in april this year and undergone a laser fistula surgery in month of june. After that, i started experiencing much hairfall regularly. When, i make my hair wet, i see lots of hair coming out more than 100 if i guess and 50,60 on normal basis. I had once asked a question in practo and some doctors assumed that it is "Telogen effluvium".Could you please let me know if any cure is there in ayurveda to stop such hairfall. I feel worried to wash my hair or to apply any oil after seeing such hairfall. Please advice me if i should apply externally or should take some medicine 🙏🏻. Thank you.

My 8 year old child has got throat pain while swallowing and fever from 3 days and suddenly from 2 days even red rashes have started in his body. The normal doctors suspecting of covid for any symptoms. Can this be related to scarlet fever or anything and does ayurveda have any cure for it. Can I give septillin syrup for it. When ever i take allopathy medicine.. I have a issue with my stomach like constipation...also constipation is causing me problem for last 6 months.. Can constipation be cured permanently?? I want permanent solution.. Also i am suffering for bladness.. And grey hair.??
