Ayurveda plus Allopathy
I had covid 4 months back and currently having post covid complications. I have started Ayurveda meditation for fatigue, palpitations and dizziness. However, for the high cholesterol and uric acid I have been taking allopathic medicine. Is it safe to consume both types of medicines at the same time.?

Health Tips
Eat nutritious food. Amla,  lime juice,  vitamin C rich foods. Take ashwaganda tablets 1 0 1. this is very helpful for post covid recovery and is safe. Continue with meditation. Also practice abdominal breathing exercise for 15 mins everyday. it's very effective for fatigue. Do check your haemoglobin levels as fatigue palpitations are found with reduced haemoglobin. Also do check vitamin D levels
