My husband has been getting this pilonidal cyst at the same spot since work from home has started. It has recurred 3-4 times till now but we haven't taken any treatment yet. Recently we went to a surgeon, he suggested flap surgery for the same. I want to know if surgery is the only option here or there is any better option that can assure no recurrence of the pilonidal sinus.

In April ( before COVID ) my creatinine was 0.6. After COVID ( in May and June) it was 0.9 and now it's 1.1 ( I got fever 2 days back May be due to loo which went away after taking Aam pana. After covid recovery I have tremendous hair fall. Kindly suggest me any good shampoo and hair oil to prevent hair fall. Is there any cure for this problem? Coz I believe in Ayurveda.

Hi! So, my orthopedic doctor prescribed steroids and NSAID for my father's knee arthritis. I do not want him to continue that as they are full of side effects like diabetes etc and stomach problems.
