I have vata type headache problem. What is the most effective medicine to treat it with ayurveda or allopathy?

I've been suffering from migrane since childhood and have been consuming pain killers like combiflam and naproxen to alleviate the pain. However I've heard herbal pain killer like Cannapain also helps with such condition but it is a prescription drug. Need help with this or any alternative medicine.

Can we eat dryfruits or dryfruit laddu's in piles / haemorrhoids (during treatment) What nature they belongs ..are those easily digestible ?

Does piles along with indigestion rltd issues gets cured completely in ayurveda..?? How much time it takes??

Hi Dr. I get continuous and loud crackling sound from all my joint( excess from shoulder joint and Foot/toes) without any pain sensation. I exercise daily and at that time it's a lot fortunately no pain at all. It reduces during the day after exercise but is there throughout the day to sone extent.Also my feet get cold very quickly in AC and cause discomfort (not sure if it is related) The sound increased over time ( since covid started in March 2020) Coudl you please prescribe.Thank u! Have been taking vitamin B n C supplement for 2 months now.

I am having hair fall issue and hair thinning issue from past two year so i am using trichup hair oil from last 3 week . there is increase in hair fall .does hair fall means weak hair will fall and new strong hair will come.
