Any juice is heavy for digestion. It should not be taken continuously for long period. Ideally it should be taken only as prescribed by a qualified ayurvedic doctor who has physically examined and diagnosed your health conditions. Any juice or medicine even if herbal can be harmful in long term if taken continuously. There is good ayurvedic treatment to reverse diabetes and loose weight while maintaining your health.
