Diabetic query
Can I take karela and jamun for diabetic. Am having pre-diabetes having pp 170 and fp 110. And scan I tak this long term causes issues. I have renal stones as well.

Dear ptn., yes you can include karela and janum in your diet . but instead of focussing only on karela and jamun it would be more helpful to you if you modify your diet over all (e.g avoid sweets or high intake of sugar etc.) also you have to modify your lifestyle e.g. 6 to 7 hr sound sleep, getting up early in the morning, regulate your bowel movements etc. a;so you have to spare dedicated time for the exercises ( not only working with weights but running, yoga, pranayam etc. ) which will help to maintain physical as well as mental health. Eat karela vegetable after proper cooking Jamun fruit eat in this rainy season Avoid preservatives added juices for intake Too much intake of these bitter and astringent food product intake lead to other severe problems
