Am I pre-diabetic?

Asked for Female, 28 Years

My random glucose level is 105. This was taken around 1 pm, 2 hours before which I had half cup of tea with milk and sugar. No solid food eaten in that morning except tea. But glucose level was 105. Is that precursor to diabetes?
