Mouth ulcers after karela jamun juice
Mouth ulcers are reoccurring after taking karela jamun juice of Sri Sri tattva. How this can be prevented as I want to take the juice but facing the problem of mouth ulcers

This is not compulsory that everything you eat will suit you, if that's causing you the problem then take something else rather than taking this juice. You can chew khadiradi vati 4-5 in a day or even more than that.

Great to note ur wish but why u want to have it?.... Is it really needed by ur body metabolism? If it's not suiting u means something to be rechecked n evaluated by in-person examination and assessment then can be addressed for ur benefit. You should read in ingredients if there some preservative or not sodium benzoate mostly used in these juices they are not fresh . Only this is marketing that this type of juices are helpful. Instead of taking juices you should take powder of jamun seeds and karela mix them in equal quantity take 1 tea spoon , 3 to 5 gram in one cup of Luke warm water . Morning and evening empty stomach.

1. Reduce the quantity 2. Drink lots of water as a routine 3. Avoid spicy, gravy, masala and non veg. As much as possible when you are regularly taking this 4. Buttermilk and tender coconut also helps
