I am a patient of diabeties, Hypertension and Bronchal Asthama. Now a days I am having mouth ulcers for last three days. What medicine shall I use for this? I am taking Chandra Prabha bati and Ashwagandha and other allopathic medicines for Diabeties and general weakness in my legs and sleep disturbance. Shall I continue these two ayurvedic medicines during problem of mouth ulcers? I am also taking Neurobion forte tablet once a day . My B12 level was 300 and D3 level was 23.4 and uric acid was 8.4. For these I am taking Allopathic medicines. Kindly advise.

Sir ,Kindly try to apply ghee over the ulcer ,it is best medicine.If you can procure tender coconut ,then you can try to apply the rind part of it cream in colour ,I meant the left over part after all the coconut (kobbri) is removed which is bitter in taste .

It may be due to constipation or vitamin deficiency. So as per my advice u can chew pudina leaf frequently. And take one glass of Luke warm water daily before sleep.
U take laghusuthashekar ras one tab thrice a day for five days.
Mix a spoon of ghee in a glass of warm milk/ water and drink in empty stomach.for fivedays.
Sir all these medicines any further addition is just more, vit d, vit b 12, gastritis all to be corrected and for that your blood sugar and htn has to be corrected, i advice you to go ayurveda detox therapy so that your body is cleansed amd later the medication
