I have chronical constipation and hemmoroid problem . I heard about Jamun . Is Jamun effective to cure hemmoroid and constipation.

Fruits are good for constipation and piles but only fruits cannot cure piles. So take panchskar churna, or triphala with nisoth

No not at all. Jamun is astringent and will constipate the stools .So a good medicine for loose stools,diarrhoea.

For haemorrhoid and constipation, jamun is not right choice since it elevates vata. Drink plenty of water Add vegetables and fruit in your diet Take regular sitz bath Take munacca with luke warm milk in night Don't do following Oily, spicy diet, Straining during daefecation If you are having problem from long time then consult for proper treatment too.

Hello dear don't take jamun for constipation,U can take pomegranate juice watermelon Cucumber,banana, blueberries apples etc, Triphala Churna 1 tsf at night with Lukewarm water,Sat isabgol 2 tsf at night with Lukewarm milk

No any role of jamun in heamoroids and constipation ....It is good for diabetic person ....You should take only  hot water in whole day ....And jeera powder just after meal with hot water-1tabl spoon jeera powder.....Avoid dairy products no milk no curd and spicy food
