My ayurvedic vaidhya has recommended ABHIYARISTA and KUMARYASAV together for mild constipation,bloating and gas(trap gas) but I have piles few days ago blind piles and when I took ABHIYARISTA and KUMARYASAV yesterday together then today after pooping, I have itching very little there, is it normal should I take it ? Is it the procedure of medicine I mean does it act like that to cure it , if not what should be taken for gas, bloating, very mild constipation (happens once or twice a week very mild) and sometimes itching in anal region I have no blood in piles,it is just blind piles by the way piles and itching were almost cured

STOP TAKING KUMARI AASAV...!!!
It contains aloe vera which when consumed daily for long period of time aggravates pitta caused bleeding piles!
Abhayarishta is fine take it daily!
Almost 80-90% of piles can be completely cured by only ayurveda medications there is no need to operate!

it is very important to avoid constipation. ...take matra basti or ayurveda laxative daily at night like gandharv haritaki!
